    • Wedding coordination and planning with a Dedicated team member to assist with coordination & logistics from the time you reserve your date through your wedding day. Deposit and Refund Policy

  1. Deposit: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
  2. Payment Schedule:
    • 50% of the balance is due after the discovery session. This amount is refundable if cancellation is made 30 days or more before the event date.
    • Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event date and is non-refundable at that point.
  3. Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation.

Seasonal and Holiday Wedding Policies

Seasonal Availability:
High Note Productions accommodates both indoor and outdoor weddings between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For April and October, outdoor weddings may be considered depending on the venue and weather conditions.
From November through March, High Note Productions conducts indoor weddings only due to the increased likelihood of inclement weather and cold temperatures. Outdoor weddings are not available during this time.

Holiday Weddings:
Weddings requested on holidays are subject to an additional premium rate. The upcharge percentages for specific holidays are as follows:

  • 10% Premium:
    • Washington’s Birthday
    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
    • Columbus Day
    • Juneteenth
  • 20% Premium:

    • Veterans Day
    • Good Friday
  • 30% Premium:

    • Independence Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Labor Day
